Instructions for Authors of Accepted Papers

Please revise your paper carefully according to the comments of the reviewers. Papers must be formatted according to the guidelines of Springer Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS) Series. Failure to do so may result in the exclusion of your paper from the proceedings. Please read the authors' instructions carefully before preparing your papers. Please do not make any changes in the margins, font size and line spacing.

Each paper is allowed to have 15 pages in the final camera-ready copy.

Before uploading your camera ready paper in EDAS, please:

Important Steps

1.Complete your registration.

The instructions for completing your registration are posted at http://www.acn-conference.org/2020/sirs2020/registration.html

2. Login to EDAS and choose your paper

3. Enter presenter details (The name of presenter can be chnaged before finalising the program)

4. Upload your Camera ready paper (Final Manuscript) in PDF format on EDAS.

5. Upload the source files of your camera ready paper (WORD or Latex) on EDAS. All Latex files should be submitted as a single zipped file.

6. Upload a PDF file which contains the list of revisions you have made on your final paper (answers to reviewers' queries). This is mandatory.

7. Submit scanned copy of signed copyright form in PDF or image formats from the "Copyright" column in the My papers table or the individual paper page of EDAS.

Each contribution must be accompanied by a Springer copyright form. One author may sign on behalf of all of the authors of a particular paper. In this case, the author signs for and accepts responsibility for releasing the material on behalf of any and all co-authors.

Submission Intructions (Double Blind)

Authors should submit their papers online. We use EDAS system for submission of papers and review process. Unregistered authors should first create an account on EDAS to log on. Detailed usage instruction on EDAS can be found here.

SIRS'20 accepts regular and work-in-progress papers. Regular papers should present novel perspectives within the general scope of the conference. Short papers (Work-in-Progress) are an opportunity to present preliminary or interim results.

The manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format. All submitted papers will be subjected to a "similarity test" by EDAS paper similarity checker. Papers achieving a high similarity score will be examined and those that are deemed unacceptable will be rejected/withdrawn without a formal review.

The list of authors SHOULD NOT be included in the paper manuscript PDF, in accordance to the double blind submission policy. Changes to the paper metadata on EDAS are permitted before the paper submission deadline.

Paper Length: 15 pages maximum

Double Blind Submissions

All submitted papers will be judged based on their originality, technical and/or research content/depth, correctness, relevance to conference, contributions, and readability through double-blind reviewing, where the identities of the authors are withheld from the reviewers. As an author, you are required to preserve the anonymity of your submission, while at the same time allowing the reader to fully grasp the context of related past work, including your own. Common sense and careful writing will go a long way towards preserving anonymity. Papers that do not conform with our double-blind submission policies will be rejected without review.
